    The goat dairy industry in Wisconsin is a niche market. Currently, there are licensed goat dairies in the state. According to manufacturers of goat milk products, sales are increasing by 10 to 15 percent annually. Despite the rapid growth of the industry, operating a profitable goat dairy requires careful planning and management.   Goat milk is a bit fattier (thus more delicious in my book), it’s higher in calcium and magnesium, and though the flavor is an acquired taste, I think it tastes amazing!
